In the world of higher deductibles and a growing self-pay financial class, it is more important than ever to provide a convenient tool for patients to quickly and easily pay their bill.  The iPay functionality is a web-based area for MSN Clients’ patients to securely make payments at any time using a credit card.

 

MSN Web Portal

Many companies use tools like email to send out password-protected documentation issues, and financial reports to physicians or groups. As always, MSN was looking for a better, more secure way to deliver this critical information.

 

In 2009, MSN implemented the MSN Web Portal. The Web Portal will allow MSN administration to communicate and exchange patient reports, documentation issues,   financial reports and more with each physician or group. All of this is accomplished securely without compromising any personal information.

 

Our clients are provided login and password to access their folder on the portal so that they arel be able to login at their convenience and retrieve the reports and other information.
