
James "Bo" Trotter, FRBMA & President
Bo has worked in the operation and financial
management of medical group practices since 1977.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, he is a Past President of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA).
He is a founding member of the Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA) and currently serves as a member of that organization's Compliance Task Force.
Bo is the Executive Secretary for the Georgia Radiological Society (GRS) and has served on both the Regulatory Compliance Committee and the Economics Commission of the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Barbara Rubel, MBA, Senior Vice President Marketing & Client Services
Barbara has been in healthcare marketing and Business Development since 1989. Barbara’s expertise is in healthcare marketing, managed care contract negotiations, strategic planning, and market research. She is an experienced facilitator and negotiator with both healthcare payers and providers.
Prior to joining the MSN team, Barbara provided healthcare marketing services to statewide radiology networks, sole physician practitioners, physician groups, and specialty physician networks as a marketing consultant. Barbara is the past President of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) and currently serves RBMA as Chair of the Federal Affairs Committee. She is also a Past President of the Georgia Radiology Business Management Association (GRBMA) and is a member of the Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA).
Renee Engle, RCC,FRBMA, Senior Vice President of Client Services
Renee has been in healthcare management since 1984 and currently provides comprehensive operations management for MSN clients. Renee's expertise includes a background in nursing and she has in-depth knowledge of both CPT and ICDcoding. Renee works extensively with MSN's Physician Clients on their dictation and documentation and provides educational sessions that are specific to each Client's area of interest.
Renee is a long-standing member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), currently serves as a Director-at-Large and has served as an officer at state, regional and national levels. She is also a Past President of the RBMA's state affiliate, the Georgia Radiology Business Management Association (GRBMA).
Terry Corgan, Director of New Client Development
Terry provides MSN with 20 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing and Client support. His professional career has been dedicated to the development and support of Clients in the physician practice management arena, and more specifically radiology billing and information systems. Terry is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in marketing.
Terry began his career with Medfax Corporation and acted in multiple roles including direct sales, sales management and marketing. He continued on with Vitalworks and Amicas, Inc. as Director of Sales for the Eastern United States and Director of Strategic Accounts. Terry is a member of the RBMA and has been actively involved for most of his career.
Suzanne B. Taylor, FRBMA, Senior Vice President of Operations Central Region
Suzanne is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA) where she currently serves as a member of the Nominating Committee and the Payer Relations Committee.
From 1999 to 2006 she served as the RBMA liaison to the American College of Radiology's (ACR) Managed Care Committee/Network and was the Chair of the Louisiana State chapter of the RBMA from May 1991 through May 1993. She is active in the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and serves as the business representative to the Louisiana Medicare Carrier Advisory Committee (CAC) as well as the Provider Education and Training Advisory Committee. Suzanne is a nominee in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (ACMPE) and a member of Healthcare Billing and Management Association (HBMA).
The founding President of the Slidell, Louisiana Medical Office Managers' Group, she has completed over 500 continuing education hours in healthcare management since 1990.
Nicole Palmer, CPA, Vice President, Client Services
Nicole provides MSN with Client support services
including the development of extended practice management services and consulting. Nicole has spent more than 16 years working specifically with radiology
practices to increase the effectiveness of their financial management, as well as
the management of their billing operations.
During her career, Nicole has worked with a large national vendor that provided practice management services to radiology practices, several large regional multi-office, multi-modality radiology practices, and consulting firms that provide financial management services to physician practices.
Nicole is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association (RBMA), and served on the Board of Directors for this organization as the Eastern Director from 2002 to 2004. Nicole is a past Chair of the RBMA's Data and Reporting Committee and has served as the president of the RBMA Northeast Chapter. Nicole is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
James P. Trotter III, CHBME
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Trotter, CHBME , Chief Operating Officer, manages MSN’s operations and directs all operational activities in accordance with established goals, objectives, and policies as set by the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors. He is responsible for implementing strategies that are consistent with MSN’s business plan and provides direction and structure for all of MSN’s operational activities.
A 1999 graduate of Auburn University, Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He is an active member of the Radiology Business Management Association (“RBMA”) and has earned the credits required for the Healthcare Billing & Management Association’s (“HBMA”) Certified Healthcare Billing Management Executive (“CHBME”). He is also a member of the Georgia Radiology Business Management Association (“GRBMA”) and the American Pathology Foundation (“APF”).
Becca Goare, CHBME, Senior Vice President of Operations, Eastern Region
Becca provides MSN with significant operational experience and began her healthcare career as Reimbursement Specialist and Provider Representative with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia. She became Managed Care Director of the Hughston Orthopedic Clinic for the Columbus, Auburn, and Atlanta locations in 1999 and joined MSN in January 2002.
Becca holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgia Southwestern University and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Health Administration from Columbus State University.

Debbie Harmon, CHBME, Senior Vice President of Operations, Western Region
Debbie has more than 20 years of experience in managing billing and coding operations. Debbie has earned the credential Certified Health Billing & Management Executive ("CHBME") and has extensive experience in analyzing the processes and the data that contribute to the overall health of a billing company.
She is an active member of the Healthcare Billing and Management Association ("HBMA"), an organization she has served as a member of its National Board of Directors.
